If your computer is running slowly or you want to upgrade your operating system or memory then we can help. From adding a new sound card or graphic card to a desktop computer to replacing a fan or adding a new wifi card to a laptop we are happy to fit the parts you have sourced or we can source and supply compatible parts on your behalf.
If your computer gets infected with a virus or malware we can help you get the situation under control. The best thing to do is shit the computer down as soon as possible and give us a call. We will determine whether the problem with your computer is caused by a virus or something else and advise you as to the best way to get your PC repaired.
If your computer gets infected with Ransomware then we can help. If you've installed and run the ransonware then unfortunately your files can not be unencrypted and your computer can only be repaired if you pay the hijackers as directed (via Bitcoins on the Dark Web). We can handle this process for you and make the transaction to get your files back.
We are happy to advise and install the latest firewall, antivirus and malware protection available to make sure your PC remains stable, reliable and secure. We can also install and fix general computer problems such as printer drivers and other software and get it working in your home.
We specialise in recovering accidentally deleted files. If you've accidentally deleted your holiday pictures or word documents we can get them back for you. Whether you've deleted files from a hard disc or from a USB stick or memory card just stop using the device immediately and give us a call. We will collect your computer (PC or laptop) or storage device and recover your data for you.
When you need computer repair just give us a call and we'll collect your PC and take it for repair. We usually collect within 48 hours although if you call before 3pm we can usually collect the next day. Repairing computers is a slow process so by collecting your computer and fixing sever PC's at once we can fix several computers at the same time and give you the best price for the work.
